Globalization

For homework we had to find some products from transnational companies. Four, for each yopic: food, clothes, and, finally, electrical appliances.
  FOOD:
  Pringles
Pringles is a brand of potato and wheat-based stackable snack chips owned by the Kellogg Company. Originally marketed as "Pringles Newfangled Potato Chips", Pringles are sold in more than 140 countries, and have yearly sales of more than US$1.4 billion. They were originally developed by Procter & Gamble (P&G), who first sold the product in 1967. P&G sold the brand to Kellogg in 2012.
  Coca-Cola
Coca-Cola is a carbonated soft drink sold in stores, restaurants, and vending machines throughout the world. In 2013, Coke products could be found in over 200 countries worldwide, with consumers downing more than 1.8 billion company beverage servings each day. It was the fifth most valuable brand in the world, appraised at over $78 billion.
  Oreo
Oreo is a sandwich cookie consisting of two chocolate disks with a sweet cream filling in between. The version currently sold in the United States is made by the Nabisco division of Mondelēz International. Oreo has become the best selling cookie in the United States since its introduction in 1912.
  Milka
Milka is a traditional brand of chocolate confection, since October 2012 manufactured by Mondelēz International (formerly Kraft Foods). It is sold in bar form and in a variety of specialty shapes at Easter and Christmas.
CLOTHES:
  Nike
Nike, Inc.  is an American multinational corporation that is engaged in the design, development, manufacturing and worldwide marketing and selling of footwear, apparel, equipment, accessories and services.
  Adidas
Adidas AG is a German multinational corporation that designs and manufactures sports clothing and accessories based in Herzogenaurach, Bavaria, Germany. It is the holding company for the Adidas Group, which consists of the Reebok sportswear company, TaylorMade-Adidas golf company, Rockport, and 9.1% of FC Bayern Munich. Besides sports footwear, Adidas also produces other products such as bags, shirts, watches, eyewear, and other sports- and clothing-related goods. Adidas is the largest sportswear manufacturer in Germany and Europe and the second biggest sportswear manufacturer in the world.
ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES:
  Huawei
My mobile phone is a huawei and in my opinion, it's a very good brand. Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. is a Chinese multinational networking and telecommunications equipment and services company headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong. It is the largest telecommunications equipment maker in the world, having overtaken Ericsson in 2012.
  Samsung
Sony Corporation, commonly referred to as Sony, is a Japanese multinational conglomerate corporation headquartered in Kōnan Minato, Tokyo, Japan. Its diversified business is primarily focused on the electronics, game, entertainment and financial services sectors. The company is one of the leading manufacturers of electronic products for the consumer and professional markets.[5] Sony is ranked 87th on the 2012 list of Fortune Global 500.
